    The Coast Guard held its annual memorial ceremony for Signalman First Class Douglas Munro Sept. 27 in Cle Elum. WA.  Munro was fatally wounded Sept. 27, 1942, while evacuating U.S. Marines from Guadalcanal.  He is the only Coast Guard Medal of Honor recipient.  See the PHOTOS
