Coast Guard's only POW since the War of 1812 honored in Manila

Lieutenant James Crotty, shown here as a Lieutenant junior Grade, was taken prisoner while defending Corregidor in May 1942.  He later died in captivity at a Japanese POW Camp.  Read more about this WW II hero HERE
